Brandon is the best person we've ever had the pleasure dealing with - from any vendor we work with!

We needed to have a drum replaced on the big copying machine by our smaller conference room. Brandon helped us order the part and delivered it the next morning.

While he was here we had some questions about the copier since it's a brand new system that we purchased to replace an older machine. Brandon took the extra time to answer our questions and show us some of the new things we could do. We had no idea we could scan thing directly in Dropbox!

He is always on time, friendly and goes the extra mile. We wish we could make copies of him!

Last year my boss put me in charge of getting the office a new copier. I had no idea where to begin and found your website online. They put me in touch with John. He stopped by a few days later and went over everything your company offers and delivered a proposal a few days later. I had a few other companies, but no one was as friendly and personable as John.

Our biggest concern was that we wanted a color printer, but were worried about the cost. John showed us how the cost would breakdown and even explained that we could have the device set up with access codes to limit the amount of color prints that would come out.

Overall, I have to say that John saved us time and money. He made our search for a new machine extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted it.

I don't normally send these types of notes in, but after the experience I had with your technician Tom, I really had no choice.

Our Xerox device was down and we were unable to make the onboarding packets for an event we had coming up. We placed our call around 9:00am and within fifteen minutes Tom had called us and told us he'd be there in about an hour.

Tom showed up and really saved the day! Not only did he get our printer running he also took the the time to show us how to make stapled booklets.
